Nar-Anon Family Group Meeting

Sharing experience, strength and hope, the Nar-Anon Family Group is primarily for those who know or have known a feeling of desperation concerning the addiction problem of someone very near to them.  Our program has been as helpful to us as the Narcotics Anonymous program is to the addict.  We ask for the wisdom and courage to see ourselves as we really are, to do something about ourselves with the help of a Higher Power as we understand this, and the grace to release our addicts with love and cease trying to change them.

  • Location: Christ the King Episcopal Church, 480 N. County Hwy 393, Santa Rosa Beach
  • Time/Date: Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m.
  • Contact Christ the King Episcopal Church at 850-267-3332 for more information.

Gulf Therapy

Let’s tackle mental health issues with a simple recipe – saltwater, sun and sand. Salt water is always healing, therapeutic and the perfect solution for a balanced life. This paddle out will start at the Western Lake boat launch in Grayton Beach at the end of Hotz Avenue just past Banfill Road. We will launch the boards there then head over to the Gulf where the beach connects. This way you can get comfortable paddling in the Gulf with support from us or choose a mellow paddle in the lake.  PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU NEED A RENTAL from Adventure 30a. If there are waves, you can also bring a surfboard.

  • Location: Western Lake boat launch & the Gulf in Grayton Beach
  • Time/Date: First and Third Friday of every month at 7am
